REMOTE CONTROL SESSION

You can enter the code provided by the IT Dept here. It will allow Technical Support at GPS to remotely control your Windows PC as long as you have an active internet connection.

SUPPORT TICKET

The BEST way to get help with any problem you may experience is to fill out a support ticket. This will automatically place in you in a queue and will get you the fastest help and response time.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

If you're feeling technical, you can browse the Knowledge Base for a problem similar to yours. You never know, your problem may have already been addressed in another ticket.

TICKET STATUS

Once a ticket is submitted you can check on the status of the ticket. Through this portal you will see who is working on your ticket also see what was done to correct your issue.
